The city does not run the schools, but the mayor sets the tone. We will be a partner, not a bystander — supporting school infrastructure, workforce pipelines, and the families who want school choice.

What we will do

  • Champion infrastructure investment that supports school construction and renovation.
  • Partner with D-11, D-20, and charter schools on workforce pipeline programs.
  • Support families' right to choose the school that fits their children.
  • Connect high school and community college programs to local employer needs.
