What we will do

  • Run real evacuation, traffic, and capacity studies before approving new builds.
  • Restrict data centers and heavy infrastructure to industrial zones, not neighborhoods.
  • Hold developers to the same school, road, and infrastructure standards across the city as the county.
  • Push back on state-level regulations that drive up the cost of housing.
  • Create a city marketing and branding office to attract employers and investment.
  • Partner with Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever, and NORAD on defense-sector growth.
  • Streamline permitting and licensing so businesses can open and expand without unnecessary delay.
  • Support small businesses through business-friendly policy — not subsidies.
