Colorado Springs needs growth — but the right kind, in the right places, with the homework done first. We will bring engineering and analysis to development decisions, not slogans.
What we will do
- Run real evacuation, traffic, and capacity studies before approving new builds.
- Restrict data centers and heavy infrastructure to industrial zones, not neighborhoods.
- Hold developers to the same school, road, and infrastructure standards across the city as the county.
- Push back on state-level regulations that drive up the cost of housing.
