Employers cannot grow without workers, and workers cannot thrive without good jobs. We will connect training programs, military transitions, and community colleges to the industries expanding in Colorado Springs.

What we will do

  • Build a city-level workforce pipeline connecting community colleges to employers.
  • Create a military-to-civilian transition support program in partnership with Fort Carson and Peterson.
  • Expand registered apprenticeship programs in trades and technical fields.
  • Align training investments with the actual industries growing in this region.
